Having already become the most expensive South African football export for a fee which could rise to R187 million, usurping Benni McCarthy’s transfer in 1999, Foster is ready to silence naysayers and build on his first season with the Clarets in the top flight.
Foster, who was born in Johannesburg but is now based in Lancashire, has set his sights on breaking into Burnley’s first XI next season and believes he can be a success in his maiden campaign in the English Premier League.
